Coach Neidig begins his career at SCMP after spending the previous two seasons at the collegiate level as the Head Women's Soccer Coach and Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Bluefield College, a NAIA Division 1 program, located in Virginia.

During his time at Bluefield, he helped turn both programs around with winning records, including a 2012 campaign on the women's side who broke more than 16 new program records including most wins in the school's history, most shutouts, most goals for and least goals allowed. Taking over the program just six weeks prior to the season, Neidig was instrumental in signing 8 players in a short period of time, three of which combined for a hefty 42 points (14g, 12a) on the season.

Before the collegiate level, Neidig had spent the previous three years on the professional level, where he still does work for several professional clubs and organizations. Spending two seasons in helping start the USL-PRO side, Dayton Dutch Lions, he oversaw the technical development and scouting for its Academy while his main focus was on starting the W-League and Super-20's alongside his duties of scouting for the men's team. He was also put in charge of its league operations with the USL, as well as Media and Public Relations.

In 2009, Neidig spent the season with another professional team in Ohio, former USL-2 Champions, Cleveland City Stars, where he led the college development program and new media strategies to help brand the new club to top players and fans in the soccer market.

During his three professional years in management, he also coached on the club and high school level in his spare time both for Greenville High School (Ohio) and Culver Community High School (Indiana).

Also in the same year, Neidig started a professional soccer development company, Tourbeau Sports Group. TSG is a leader in sports video production services specializing in promoting and marketing players using video platforms to market their skills for the college and professional level. TSG also specializes in video streaming for national championships, professional combines, All-Star games and showcases in a variety of sports.

Neidig graduated from Grace College (Ind.), an NAIA program, where he played collegiate soccer and earned two degrees in Journalism and Communications, with a minor in Sports Management. During and after college, Neidig spent time playing at the professional and professional development level (Kalamazoo Outrage, Charlotte Eagles, FC Pisek in Czech Republic) and on trials at other clubs before ending his playing career short due to injury.

Chase comes to Mount Pleasant with experience at all levels of soccer and in different aspects of the game as well. He and his Wife, Courtney, live in Mount Pleasant.

He holds a NSCAA National Coaching "D" License, currently pursuing the "C" course now.
